This is a business role more suited to a pure business analyst rather than a systems analyst.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Documenting current business processes impacted by FAST AAA
· Identifying areas of potential conflict with global requirements, recommending possible solutions for management approval and support implementation.
· Provide European coordination in AAA systems development by preparing business specifications, developing and performing testing cycles and integrated test plans ensuring viable system implementation strategy in harmony with business peaks and troughs.
· Providing necessary training to the various business customers in Europe· Support user testing
· Develop and publish system user guidelines
· Assist in the development of user controls
· Provide ongoing systems maintenance support to European business customers in Finance and Accounting.
· Handle continually revising business practices and provide timely solution to ensure a fully controlled environment.
Skills Required:
Accounting*finance business process; Ledger posting process
Oracle - only a basic knowledge required
Knowledge of full systems life cycle SDM
Definition of functional requirements
Testing
Support launch of system
Data Analysis Skills
Detailed knowledge of EUROVAC - Desirable
